"we found ourselves with a collection of songs in our hands that came up through a journey to Manchester. Five songs written, recorded, mixed and mastered between the british city and our hometown, Treviso. What lies beneath it's a mixture of sensations, perceptions, thoughts and feelings about being lost and divided between two realities. Melancholia and solitude. Sometimes it's sweet, sometimes it's bitter."


Double è un disco che nasce da tre provini, inviati quasi per gioco da Alberto mentre stava a Manchester per lavoro.
“Edo, ho registrato queste cose. Prova a fare le batterie, quando hai tempo”. Il giorno dopo erano pronte e i pezzi suonavano bene: nasce così LemonLemon, senza tanto pensarci su.
Durante le serate, di tre settimane estive, chiusi nello studio di Edoardo, sono stati registrati i cinque brani del disco. Mix e mastering a cura di Alberto, Edoardo e Matteo.

Si tratta di un disco psych pop che segue il modus operandi LoFi, scritto di getto, che vuole essere qualcosa di fresco, come una limonata. Cosa giace dietro alle canzoni e’ un mix di sensazioni, percezioni, pensieri ed emozioni sul sentirsi persi e divisi tra due realta’, solitudine e malinconia insieme, qualche volta dolce, altre volte amaro. Da qui il titolo double.

Double, scritto tra due citta’, Treviso e Manchester.
Double, scritto per il gusto di suonare o per il gusto di ascoltarlo.
